Your recent 2 entries brought me to tears. You have such a heroic and at the same time such a sad story. UGGHHH!!! Don't do this to me! I can see by your writings that you are a beautiful person and are so lucky to have someone so special in your life. You really are blessed in many ways and that will pull you through the trying times you face being in such a horrible and dangerous place.
It is much my pleasure to have met you (sort of).

On to your artwork ... I find that we are usually are own worsr critics which may the the case with you. I hardly think that you are the best of a bad bunch. You have your own artistic style and it's OK that it changes from artwork to artwork. It only shows that you are multi-talented and can be flexible with that talent and gear it to the subject matter. I would say that is a strength and not a weakness.

You do good things Brett ... both artistically and personally.

Sincerely,

Michelle

^^^^^^^ Michelle is getting all emotional. Teehee

That's so sweet Brett! I trust you're directing your wife to this blog. ;)
It's amazing how independent I used to be, and then turn around and say, "How could I live without her?" We've all had a bit of this I think. I don't like being dependent on anyone- needing someone there- but, things change. ^_^ You'll get used to it. Well, sounds like you already have. ;)
She's jumped off a plane??? I haven't even been on a rollercoaster!! She's got some guts.

I refuse to talk about more death at the moment, so I'll just say what an adorable picture that is. ^_^ Lol

Hey Sweetie,
I thought it was about time I joined this GFX site so I can talk to you more. I know you spend just as much time on this site as you do emailing people. I figured I'd save you some time (army computers suck).
I love you sooo much!!!!!
The baby has been kicking me like crazy lately. The doctor said she's very flexible, from what they saw during the ultrasound. But thankfully, she's pretty good at night when I'm trying to sleep. And no it's not an alien, dork. So far, I've gained 18 (libbs ). But most people have a really hard time telling that I'm pregnant. I think most people just think that I need to do some ab work. But in the next month it's going to become very aparent to the world. I'm going to do most of my growing in the next two months, so you'll see a large transformation. It'll probably even be a little scary.
I'm extremely proud of you honey. I can't wait for you to come home, and we can have some FUN . I'm really glad you've come out of your rut (dec) and completed some awesome work. I love you, my little canoodle. And don't worry, we'll get you a computer when you come home. You deserve it.

I have never read someone's blog before, and your blog distracted me so much that I wanted to read it...

You are genuinely a very honest person who fortunately has big giant heart. It reflects so much through out your works and this blog reaffiirms it.

I may not pm you, but your works are inspiring.
And I agree with you, since the tsunami, it just opened my eyes wide.

I hope for the best for you and your wife.
And I am pretty sure your daughter will be very proud of her father.

Take care Brett. :)
